Workouts and more...

Hi guys & gals,

Sorry that I’ve been a little less frequent with my mails, we’ve been very busy working behind the scenes and on future project ideas ;) .

First up, those of you that follow our social sites (Facebook and Twitter) will note that our online Exercise Demonstration catalog is nearing completion. So, if you’re unsure how to perform an exercise, or just want some ideas to spice up your gym workouts, be sure to visit our exercise database here:
We’ll update you again when the database is complete.

Facebook and Twitter fans may’ve also seen friends socialize their GP Shuffle workouts. Posting workouts from the GP Shuffle app works adequately at present, but we hope to improve on how it integrates with Facebook and Twitter apps on a future update. We’ll be sharing some of our own GP Shuffle workouts on our Facebook fan page too. To keep up-to-date, please visit:
Other insightful information will include dietary habits and supplements used by some of those featured.
Even if you’re not a member of Facebook, you can still view the majority of information that we’ll be posting at the link provided, as it’s a public page :). We will also include some of the highlights within our newsletters.

Another project I’m quite excited about, later this year, we hope to bring you a new insightful gym workout book, including new workouts, exercise demonstrations, training articles etc. I won’t give away too much detail thus far, however, we hope on releasing an eBook version of the book for FREE and also a paperback, with royalties of the paperback being donated to a worthwhile cause.

There’s more projects in the pipeline too, but we can only do one thing at a time :) .

Remember, all of these projects are possible thanks to your support. Please help us to continue to grow by sharing our resources with your friends and family.

All the best,

GP

P.S. On a side-note, I have set-up a blog on behalf of my Dad. A keen historian (specialist subject WWI), my Dad will be posting some of his thoughts and some of the articles he has had published. I find his first post very poignant. Please visit his blog, or sign-up to his newsletter, here: http://armisticeday.blogspot.com

Gym Workout Book Reviews

Hi All,

Lately, we've received some great messages of support, success, and appreciation, which is lovely to hear and spurs me on to write further free content for the Gym Professor site, produce more workout books and create interesting things like our free gym workout app (due early New Year).

I thought I'd take this moment to share some recent Gym Workouts Maps to Success book reviews from Amazon with you ...

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Workout-Great Results!, October 23, 2011

This is a clear and complete guide for all levels of training. I am new to the gym and I found it to be very informative. I love the combined Cardio and Weight circuit since I have limited time at the gym. I have lost 20 pounds and I'm much more toned. My son, who is an athlete and knows his way around a gym, found the guide to benefit him as well. I would certainly recommend this book regardless of level or type of training. Thanks Gym Professor!

There is plenty of information in here for anyone at any level of training. The process maps are easy to use and direct you to the most appropriate training plans, whatever your goals maybe.
There are hundreds of workouts in the book, providing plenty of variation, they are easy to navigate and simple to understand.

If you are looking for some inspiration to create a training plan, then look no further. Great book!

The featured articles are informative and brief, which helped to answer all the general questions I had quickly. Working in an office, I am all too familiar with process maps. Process maps are used to great effect here, as you simply choose which path to follow for your goals and pick your workouts from those that correspond. Most importantly, I have enjoyed the workouts provided, my strength has increased, and friends have commented on my gains. This is by far the best weight training book I have ever purchased and I strongly recommend it to anyone interested in training!

Thank you all for your continued support!

If you have purchased our workout book (either eBook or Paperback) and wish to add your review (if you haven't already), please contact me.

Thanks again,

GP

PAPERBACK BOOK RELEASE – 10% OFF FOR NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIBERS

Gym Workouts Paperback Book
Hello,

Due to the success of the #1 bestselling ebook Gym Workouts – Maps to Success, I’m pleased to announce that an 8” x 10” paperback version has just been published – woo!

Not having read the book since it was first penned a little over 6 months ago, reading it all over again (checking the proof) made me realise what a good book it is and why I came to compile it from my personal training diaries in the first place. Starting out training all those years ago, I would have loved this book. In fact, I’m even excited about using it again now!

Likewise, the 5 proof copies I issued between students, colleagues, and sports stars, were greatly received, with many using the book for their own gym workouts the same week. Needless to say, I never got the proof copies back (I guess that’s a good sign!).

As a thank you to those that have followed and supported the Gym Professor web site, I am offering you 10% discount off the newly released paperback edition. To order, please visit the link below and enter your discount code of YEA86YW4 upon checkout to receive your 10% discount.

I’ll be away from the office for a couple of days. For some insane reason, I’m off on an ultra-endurance event in aid of charity and although a muscular physique may look good on a beach, it’s not going to help me much here :( . If you have any queries, please email them through and I’ll answer them on my return (or from my cell phone if I’m allowed a rest break :) ).

All the best,

GP

P.S. Please note: The discount code will not work if attempting to purchase the book from another store (such as Amazon).
