Gym not open? No weights at home? Here's my New Years Day light legs workout (note: intermediate level, adjust accordingly)...

Superset of:
Walking Lunges x 50 reps each leg.
Squats (free - no weight) x 30
 x 4 sets

Standing Calf Raises (no weight, off bottom stair) x 50 reps
 x 4 sets.
Legs feeling pretty "pumped" now LOL!
