Workouts and more...

Hi guys & gals,

Sorry that I’ve been a little less frequent with my mails, we’ve been very busy working behind the scenes and on future project ideas ;) .

First up, those of you that follow our social sites (Facebook and Twitter) will note that our online Exercise Demonstration catalog is nearing completion. So, if you’re unsure how to perform an exercise, or just want some ideas to spice up your gym workouts, be sure to visit our exercise database here:
We’ll update you again when the database is complete.

Facebook and Twitter fans may’ve also seen friends socialize their GP Shuffle workouts. Posting workouts from the GP Shuffle app works adequately at present, but we hope to improve on how it integrates with Facebook and Twitter apps on a future update. We’ll be sharing some of our own GP Shuffle workouts on our Facebook fan page too. To keep up-to-date, please visit:
Other insightful information will include dietary habits and supplements used by some of those featured.
Even if you’re not a member of Facebook, you can still view the majority of information that we’ll be posting at the link provided, as it’s a public page :). We will also include some of the highlights within our newsletters.

Another project I’m quite excited about, later this year, we hope to bring you a new insightful gym workout book, including new workouts, exercise demonstrations, training articles etc. I won’t give away too much detail thus far, however, we hope on releasing an eBook version of the book for FREE and also a paperback, with royalties of the paperback being donated to a worthwhile cause.

There’s more projects in the pipeline too, but we can only do one thing at a time :) .

Remember, all of these projects are possible thanks to your support. Please help us to continue to grow by sharing our resources with your friends and family.

All the best,

GP

P.S. On a side-note, I have set-up a blog on behalf of my Dad. A keen historian (specialist subject WWI), my Dad will be posting some of his thoughts and some of the articles he has had published. I find his first post very poignant. Please visit his blog, or sign-up to his newsletter, here: http://armisticeday.blogspot.com
